Ingredients:

100g Butter

80g Icing Sugar

1pc Egg

120g Bread Flour

120g Cake Flour

Cooking Method:

1. Soften butter.

2. Whip up the butter until it becomes light yellow.

3. Add icing sugar and mix well.

4. Add egg and mix well. Finally mix with flour.

5. Wrap with plastic foil.

6. Keep in fridge for 30 mins.

7. Shape and bake for 14-17 mins(depends on the size).
