Chocolate Chips Cookie

Ingredients:

110g Butter

50g Sugar

43g Brown sugar

1/2pc Egg

1g Salt

8g Baking powder

30g Almond powder

140g cake flour

90g chocolate chips

Cooking method:

Soften Butter.

Whip up the butter until light yellow color.

Add sugar and brown sugar then mix well with butter.

Add egg

Add all the powders and flour.

Finally mix with chocolate chips.

Wrap up then keep in fridge for 30 mins.

10 gm for each, make it in a ball shape.Back to freezer for 20 mins.

Bakd for 13 mins until golden brown color.The texture of the cookie should be crispy.
