Pizzetta with Tomato Sauce, Anchovy and Quail Egg

Pizzeatta, a type of pizza which is very famous in USA.

Also, it can be a one bite food that can be eaten anytime anywhere.

Yield: 4 potion

Ingredients:

Anchovy 0.5 can

Quail Egg 4 pcs.

All-purpose Flour 138 gm

Garlic, Minced 2 pcs.

Fresh Parsley 2.5 gm

Fresh Thyme 5 gm

Salt To Taste

Black Pepper To Taste

Water 70 ml

Tomato Sauce 62.5 ml

Mozzarella Cheese 66 gm

Oil 4 gm

Mise en place:

1. Prepare mixer with the whisk attachment. Blend the flour, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the water and mix well on low speed until a dough-like mixture is formed.

3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the oven to 200∘C.

Cooking:

5. Split the dough about 50 gm and roll out to a circle

6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven and evenly spread 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce, half the cheese and anchovy.

8. Bake the pizza for another 5 minutes.

9. Add the egg and the remaining cheese on the top of the pizza and bake for 2 minutes.

10. Ready to serve.
